STEP BY STEP GUIDE FOR ACCESSING SSP PORTAL
For creating login credentials, procedure is us under:
1. First Step is to Login to website www.icai.org and click on Self-Service Portal icon which is visible below welcome page of the website.
2. Second step is to create your Account where you will be required to update your email id and mobile number (please mention India Contact Number) and validate your email id and mobile number.
3. Third step will be to update the OTP which you will be receiving on your updated email id.
4. After submission of OTP, a verification link will be sent on your registered email id and the member will have to Login to their registered email and click the activation link and click ‘Proceed’ for validating the email verification status.
5. Once the email verification status is successful we will get the declaration form which is required to be signed and uploaded along with the verification proof of document either passport copy front/back page or pan card/voter’s ID for completing the account creation process.
6. Check login credentials received in your registered email, which may take up to 48 hours also.
7. Once you login into your account, you can change the Password and see the status of your membership being active/ inactive in the portal, & Membership Fee last paid is viewable under member SSP portal dashboard of the screen which is visible on the top right-hand side of the screen.

For making annual membership payment, procedure is us under:
1) Login to the SSP Portal with the login credentials
2) Select Member SSP Portal section on the website
3) Select My Membership
4) In Member Module Section Select Annual Membership / COP Renewal and duly fill the renewal details tab & Select on the payment details tab and proceed with the payment.
5) After making the payment download the invoice receipt by clicking on the invoice receipt tab by Clicking on Submitted / Pending Application and Click on Annual Renewal Form and Click on the eye button against the last transaction made and the Transaction will open, click on the Invoice tab to download the related invoice.

3) Select My Membership
4) In Member Module Section Select Annual Membership / COP Renewal and duly fill the renewal details tab & Select on the payment details tab and proceed with the payment.
5) After making the payment download the invoice receipt by clicking on the invoice receipt tab by Clicking on Submitted / Pending Application and Click on Annual Renewal Form and Click on the eye button against the last transaction made and the Transaction will open, click on the Invoice tab to download the related invoice.

2) Select Member SSP Portal section on the website
3) Select My Membership
4) In Member Module Section under the Other Forms tab Select Profile Edit Form and click on Update Professional Address and update the professional address.

For updating Email Id and Mobile Number, procedure is us under:
1) Login to the SSP Portal with the login credentials
2) Select Member SSP Portal section on the website
3) Select My Membership
4) In Member Module Section under the Other Forms tab Select Profile Edit Form and click on Update Email id and Mobile Number and update the e-mail id and active Indian Mobile Number and click on Generate OTP
5) OTP will be received in the registered e-mail id and click on validate OTP and press submit button to proceed further to access various forms under member modules

For Restoring the membership, procedure is us under:
1) Login to the SSP Portal with the login credentials
2) Select Member SSP Portal section on the website
3) Select My Membership
4) In Member Module Section under the Other Forms tab Select Restoration (Form 9) and proceed with filling the form.
5) Once the Form 9 has been successfully submitted
6) And proceed with the payment part to re-initiate the membership status.

3) Select My Membership
4) In Member Module Section under the Other Forms tab Select Restoration (Form 9) and proceed with filling the form.
5) Once the Form 9 has been successfully submitted
6) And proceed with the payment part to re-initiate the membership status.
